日本PSE认证介绍 - 安规与电磁兼容网

1999年8月，电气取缔法(The Electrical Appliance and Material Control Law)改为电气安全(DENAN)法(The Electronics Appliance and Material Safety Law),并经2年之公告，于2001年四月一日起生效。原在电取法中，只有日本之国家标准，在新法-电安法中，便增列国际标准(加上日本之国家差异，如电压差异)，于电安法中(即Part2)，名为IECJ。一般而言，电气测试需视不同的额定电压予以测试，原电取法内包含EMI之要求，故除IEC标准外，也一定要符合EMI之要求。但如CB报告中之电压不同，则此CB报告不能被接受。未来也会朝放宽法令之方向，将不再把测试标准明定于法令中(第1号，第 2号等...)，而改为“参考某某标准”。但对于产品责任追究，则更加严谨。如已注册符合PSE mark产品，产品于上市生发生问题，进口商依法将被罚1亿日元，并需坐牢。此外，除需停止生产销售有问题之产品，还要进一步回收已在市面上销售之产品，该产品之注册ID也将取消。

甲类产品(Category A Product)改为特定电气用品(Specified Electrical Appliance and Material),贴于产品三角形T-mark改为菱形PSE mark,并需标示认可实验室之名称(如JET、JQA等)。原电取法规定之产品种类，由165项再减为113项。而乙类产品(Category B Product)则改为非特定用品，需贴圆形PSE mark(性质类似CE mark)。原电取法规定之产品种类，由333项再增为343项。此类立产品亦需向日本经济产业省 (Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry简称METI)取得注册ID。特定与非特定产品在PSE系统中的主要差异，特定与非特定产品在PSE系统中的主要差异，在于强制性认证产品需由指定之实验室发“适合性同等检查合格书”即PSE证书，而自愿认证产品只需持有一般实验室之测试报告，便可向METI申请注册。
